Out of the most common thing wrong on most of those older rigs shows is how they did to preserve and keep the nostalgia going is how they moved the paint on panels. Its only original once as far as I know. Just enjoying again... five months later... missing the times

I like the backwoods car rumble! Many cool and interesting vehicles ! I remember when I was young that the police parking meter patrols used those Cushman 3 wheelers. Thank you for posting, it was fun to watch!

Some of these “creations” remind me of the 60s-70s cartoon series “The Wacky Races” starring Dick Dastardly & Muttly, Penelope Pitstop & Peter Perfect, and not forgetting Yankee Doodle Pigeon, I loved it when Dick Dastardly failed in every single one of his dastardly plans to cheat in the race and trying to capture Yankee Doodle Pigeon, those were the days.

With most shows catering to the Chevy, didn't expect to see many other brands. I finally settled with being a ford man. I have had some nice ones in my day as well. It hurts me to think how I tossed one for another in the day when I could of kept most all of them. I had the most perfect showroom condition 57 ford fairlane two door hardtop v8 and standard black on black and fast. I drive a v six nowdays and wonder where those days went and why so fast.

The 2:55 and the 4:10 mark was the exact same 1958 Buick my father had which started my Love for Buick’s. People would see one and say yuk, a pink car. When the name color was called coral mist, if ever a car I’ve wanted so bad, it’s a 1958 Buick, I’m 63 now so hopefully before I die.

Excellent Car Show and I love the fact that there was no background music the car show the way it is in regards to the Cushman cart after I graduated from high school I then came back and worked at the same school doing maintenance and drove a three-wheel Cushman cart like the one you showed in the video

I like the backwoods small town car shows the best as you see a lot more unique stuff and to be honest some of my best projects have been found in places like that. The big commercial type car shows are all overpriced horribly or everyone brings the same thing...I only saw one late 60s mustang and i am happy to say no 70 chevelles or corvettes. Those Led Sleds were NICE esp that purplish maroonish chopped 50 Monterey...that was tight. That Hudson Hornet was sick too...I loved that rat rod that had that custom made intake and supercharger....never seen anything like that

Hi Sam. Had no idea you were premiering last evening so missed most of the 'live' show. Have to say this is at the other end of the spectrum compared to your usual film work. And to be honest a lot of this doesn't tick the box for me ......But ! It's like saying you hate classical music without listening to it ! I would still enjoy meeting the owners and hearing thier tales of how and why . .....My favourite? ?? Without doubt the Greyhound bus , l bet if that could talk it could tell you a few tales ! Oh, and that '58 (?) Cadillac was outrageous! Thanks Sam.

The City of Louisville,ky. Used those cushman 3 wheel trucksters in the 70's? to write parking tickets. I remember hearing about the auction,but I didn't make it.
