In the 70s, my dad opened a burger in a can at the grocery store, took a few bites, said he was fine, he went to the next aisle where someone had farted, and dad projectiled puked the burger and about 7 beers, everything smelled like Cheetos, that started a chain reaction, I was dry heaving, some old guy barfed in the soup aisle, just was nasty

Mostly for survival, starvation situations where you would be grateful to eat a canned burger. x'D

I feel like a lot of these products were developed for old army C-rations, didn't make the cut, but the companies that made them were like "well we can't let these absolute gems go to waste!"
