That’s a meal to eat right before your cardiology appointment.

Every time you do something breakfast, it reminds me of my years in the Army heading to the Mess Hall (aka Dining Facility or DFAC). It always amazed me when I got eggs or omelets to order and was able to watch them make it in front if us how the cook was able to keep track of A LOT of eggs on the flat top. Call me simple but that always made my day. I had to work KP a few times before the military outsourced just about everything not training/maintaining or field related. I got a real appreciation of how hard the cooks worked, especially on FTXs (Field Training eXcercise). We’d wake up to the smell of bacon, wash up, head to the MKT (Mobile Kitchen Trailer) and order our eggs and have a great breakfast (lunch and dinner). Our earlier days when we used mess kits (now paper plates and plastic ware) we’d wash rinse and sterilize our mess kit in 55 gallon barrels that were boiling hot with those M-200 burners on full. If you had KP in the field, those were some looong hours! The cooks always had my respect! Some even knew what we were going to order - I don’t know how they did it. I missed my simpler days from the summer of 1981 as a PFC, then with promotions more “fun”, 90s, 00s then fast forward to Spring of 2015 I retired (CW5). Where did the time go? 😳🤦‍♂️😆 Keep up the great content - I’m learning to watch your videos after I eat but it still doesn’t work because, well, you’re always making something awesome and then it’s like, “that looks better than what I had - why didn’t I try that?!” 😂 Sorry for the long journey down memory lane!

All good. Surprised the camera lady did not steal a bite. I always add a tablespoon of Dukes mayo or Thousand island dressing in my eggs before the scramble. Well done as always.

This reminded me of for some reason the movie "BIG" when they are in the meeting and talking about the Transformer toy and all the possibilities with it. I immediately started thinking about pancakes, waffles, french toast, the sausage, ham , Canadian bacon, and all those combinations of eggs. This would work for supper too. Another Awesome Video to say the least!

youre a good man. Im old and single, if someone doesnt like what i cook or the way i cook it, they can starve or cook for them selves haha. If I were to start a hamburger restaurant, there wouldnt be a single mayonaise or Ketchup bottle or packet in the place, no dry or plain, theyd be fully loaded burgers with mustard. No additions, no special orders heheh

Back to the basics, love it. Two grilled cheese sammiches, calorie count goes to the moon but wow . what a breakfast meal, no lunch required. Duke's mayo creates the perfect crust on the griddle and adds a little zip of its own, Crank the bacon light on!! I have added your all spice to the eggs, fantastic flavor boost. Put just a touch of "where's your sister" sauce in the egg mix too.

Perfect grilled cheese sandwiches. Then the fun begins with the bacon, eggs….home run! (Even though the bacon is to crispy for my taste) got an idea…two grilled cheese sandwich’s as the bun for any burger creation you can come up with. Cheers buddy!

Neal, your alimony is Amy straightening your hat, it was in her Prenup. Now as far as the bacon goes.... I'm split. Bacon on the side, I like it chewy. Bacon on my sandwich, I like it crispy. When I bite into a delicious sandwich, I don't want a slice of chewy bacon, when i bite. To slide out of the sandwich and on to my chin, then the women start screaming and babies start crying! And i start whipping my head back and forth, trying to figure out whats wrong. Long story short, crispy bacon on a delicious sandwich is cheaper than a dry cleaners bill for a party of 5. As far as the bacon dust goes... just blow your nose after you eat, and no one will know the better. LOL! Awesome Video Guys!

Great idea and looks tasty. I used to work near a restaurant that did a Grilled Cheese Bacon Cheeseburger just like this but with a burger instead of eggs and they put some fried onions strings on it. It was delicious but you just knew it was sooo bad for you. 🤣 Throw some Cavenders and some smoked paprika in those eggs and they may be a little more flavorful. I love Shake That but the flavor is a little subtle for eggs (for my taste anyway).

Try 🥵 English mustard on a sandwich 🥪. Enjoy 😉.
