My family went to a really nice hotel once while my dad was on a business trip. We even got access to the VIP room. It might have been a thousand or more a night and it felt like a complete waste of money, even though we weren't paying for the room. It was just a hotel room, we used the lounge thing once for a slightly better breakfast but besides that its just a bit nicer. Rich people are weird.

as someone who lives in Vegas, let it be known that we also find this hotel room stupid asf and that as long as you’re outside the strip, everything is actually cheap and decently priced lol; the only thing I can see this “hotel room” being used for is to hold big company events that would waste $200k a night on it

The fact that this whole hotel is made with a medical theme is confusing. I do not want to think about dirty medical supplies and pharmacies while hanging with the boys in my already embarrassingly priced room. As a Vegas local...I know hotel rooms that are $200 n such are for business people, and usually the companies pay for the rooms. You Can literally find Casino hotels in Vegas that's like $20 a night. But I can confirm 100k+ a night at a hotel is psychotic, even for Vegas standards. Also I agree Vegas looks like ass during the day, but there's a reason why it's better during the night.

As someone who works in healthcare and was infuriated by the very low amount of PPE and the great struggle to get it, that bar top makes me so mad. What a waste!! The PPE in that bar top would've been enough for almost a week's supply in my workplace, which isn't a bit place, but, still. This hotel suite is definitely hurtful to my senses. It's just horrid and there's way too much going on. I certainly wouldn't pay all that money for it.

The view from that window looks like the average British industrial site. I get that kind of view for free going down the motorway, dunno why someone would pay $200k for it

I've already seen this reviewed by 2 other KZfaqrs & I'll say it for the 3rd time: This is by far one of the ugliest hotels I've ever seen. I've been to a hostel in Berlin that was like € 70/night & shared a room with 5 other classmates that had no private bathroom or toilet for that matter where we had to lock the door with an old key cuz it's the unspoken rule of budget hostels to do. If I where to go to Berlin again with the budget 17 yo me had, I might've considered staying there again (I won't as my budget's better than that). In a heatwave turned rainshower on a festival in my country in 2019 I slept in a no longer-waterproof tent & fuck it I'll even do that again before even entertaining to go to this hotel

As a note, desert cities like Vegas don't have much vegetation because it uses too much water, and for an area perpetually in a drought that's a big thing. There ain't much to do to make a parking lot look like it's in the midwest, and it just becomes a massive waste. Kina like this hotel room.

The cheapest rooms you can get for like $400 in Vegas are still massive depending on where you stay, don’t see a point of spending more than that unless you’re going with a bunch of people
