His behavior was aggressive when he was walking up to him and getting stuff from the coffee area, and you can see him moving his mouth looking at Gene before he got pushed. And Gene himself said he was a Bad Boy fan who was defending Diddy apparently. Seems to me he's a tough guy who needed to be checked.
