4:00 oh my god!! Seriously they need to start communicating with other departments. LIke just 2 months ago, where i live, they built a new road because a major construction had just finished, 2 weeks later I see caution signs and caution tape acting as the divider for the duration of 2 kms because they had dug up in the middle of the road to do some sewer work. And now, the middle of the road is filled with pebbles. Such joy! 😂😂
