As a Captain Falcon main myself, I can say with confidence that S2J embodies Falcon. A character who can go absolutely batshit, cover every humanly possible option during tech chases / neutral if played perfectly, can air wobble the fuck you of you and destroy you stock off a single punish, can outright skip the edgeguarding process with extremely powerful moves and just outright play around most of the roster with his speed. He's also a character that can regularly be cheesed at 10% by a Fox who tosses him off the ledge and shines him or a DTilting Marth player with their eyes closed. A character that you can easily lose control of due to his insane speed and aerial drift on top of him falling like a lead brick offstage. A character with a recovery that is so linear and lacking in its ability to sweetspot that getting back to stage often becomes a question of 'does the opponent fuck up edgeguarding me?' rather than any showing of mixup / skill. That's Falcon. An insanely powerful character who simultaneously makes people want to ragequit by tossing their controller onto the floor as well as gets cheesed out hard and SD's quite often. I wouldn't have him any other way tbh, but yeah. That's why I feel S2J represents the character very well, his polarizing 'on/off' style so perfectly matches the nature of the character. N0ne is my favorite Falcon player, Wizzy imo is the best Falcon player, but S2J is the most representative of the character by far.

The commentators kept missing that n0ne and S2J don’t want to win the match, they want to win the meta match - being dope and doing dope shit n0ne has talked a lot about this on his stream, that it’s not enough to win tournaments. It’s about being stylish

Both players could have taken the stock but ended up missing so many opportunities at a kill and dragging the match lol

Falcon is one of the easiest characters to edge guard and they both repeatedly dropped their multiple chances of taking the last stock lol. It does make it more fun though imo.
