NYC to NJ commute on a busy weekday during the rushhour, so, like, 5pm - is MAD. A bit too mad even for me. Just take a look as it all begins the second I get out of Lincoln tunnel. Sigh. Anyway. Average speed depends on speed of others, so like between 5 and 35 mph :) I 've been riding for about 12-13 years.
