It honestly sucks that GM in the USA never thought of improving the build quality of the Chevrolet Chevette, let alone in making it into a rally car as well, but then again, rally racing was pretty much nonexistent in those days in the USA. Oh well, at least people have been stuffing LS engines under the hoods of them and making them into sleeper muscle cars.

You had the Chevy Vega, with the fabulous cosworth. Worth a bit now in US in you can find a nice one.
