The tonale and hornet come with the same engines options. Why are you calling out that as a difference? These are two different trims.

Italian buddy here, for what I’ve known the Tonale wasn’t meant to be shipped to USA, and the counterpart should’ve been the Hornet, however, they literally share the same platform since they are under the Stellantis group.

I like the Dodge’s front end better.

the Hornet here is the GT whereas the Tonale hybrid is exactly the same as the Hornet R/T. Only difference is the Hornet R/T has the "Push to Pass" button.

2 subtle differences on the interior: the gauge clusters are slightly different on both of them (the Hornet is completely flat along the top, whereas the Alfa has 2 bulges across the top for the gauge cluster), and the air vents are different (more horizontal in the Dodge, completely circular in the Alfa). Otherwise tho, they’re identical

Hornet looks ok for a stupid design that are CUVS . Alpha has the goofy twat front end that I guess people like .Alpha has nice wheels like they do . The Hornet would be ok if it was a lighter hatch instead of a stupid CUV that had some Italian handling instead of just Italian build that nobody wants . The power output is ok for hornet it it was a handling monster / lighter . It has nothing to do with a Dodge but it's better looking then most smallish dodge cars . They supposedly do 0-60 in 6.6 -7 sec which is " sporty ish " and " enough power but same as my 20k Hyundai GT N line with a mere 201 up from a 1.6 which I assume is because the 2.0 has to move weight . If it was a real hatch , lower , lighter , handled better and accelerated in 5 sec range it would relatively fun . If it wasn't Italian and would not be a worry for lasting and working well it has a nice shape for the stupid CUV Shape . It's a shame you can't get 300 up or more from 3.0 today . I suppose the alpha weighs more so extra power doesn't help but I guess if your gonna take a chance and buy an Italian car you want the vagina front end to get your italian car thing. But 1.3 for a Italian car doesn't sound cool hybrid or not . Are people gonna buy these . 347 ft lb maybe makes it scoot but it probably doesn't need the power as a CUV and not a corner carver . That power in a lightweight Italian car might make some sense . The Hyundai Kona N is supposedly fun if you want a stupid performance CUV . I would trust the Koreans over Italians but they are nicer body styles . The Hornet looks kinda cool but I don't want any of them Korean or Italian dodge . But people like SUVs and CUVs so maybe they will sell a few . What's the difference in price
