As someone who also has an addiction to online shopping, it's hard to explain why you do something without getting therapy. Before I got therapy it was genuinely just "well I mean I wanted it and I had the money" Now after therapy I know it's because of the dopamine rush you get from purchasing things, And then when they deliver it's like opening Christmas presents. I suffer from bipolar 1 and it makes that addiction so much worse, same for my dad who is 100 thousand dollars in debt because of it. I think she genuinely needs therapy for her issue

I once went to this daytime show recording as a volunteer audience member when I was in college (just for the experience of it). And I was surprised how staged and edited the whole thing is. At least in my experience, the audience reaction was not live. When the hosts/actors went for touch-up/restroom breaks, the director would point all the cameras, boom mics and lights at the audience, then arrange them to his liking (e.g. seating pretty girls in first rows) and then cued them to give specific reactions like "Aaand now: CHEER! Now BOOO!" That specific episode was a stand-up special so some comedians actually helped with the audience reactions by telling a few dad jokes here and there. So there. I've been watching your vids for a while and it always bothered me how you bought the studio audience reaction. 😭

I’ve sat in on a daytime show like this. The audience doesn’t get to choose how to react, there’s producers standing off camera holding signs telling everyone how to respond and aggressively waving their arms if they’re not loud enough. The people I was with made a joke of how over the top and animated we could get.
