Watching your videos trying to find a way na mag migrate na sa isang bansa, di na kami kabataan nasa mid 40s nakami ni misis at my 2 kids baka mahirapan nakami pro gusto ko ng magandang buhay sa mga anak in a good government which is not our country. Possible parin kaya in our age to migrate in NZ, sana pwede pa. Been working almost 14 years abroad and able to save and own some investments, just dreaming of a better life for my family.

Hi Ms Anne, on process po work visa ko. according to my employer na approved sila ng immigration ng 4 slot working visa for the month of July so hopefully by July anjan na po ako. I'm hoping it's legit though shoulder naman ng company ang visa ang plane ticket ko. Medical lang daw gagastusin ko.

Hi sir, sadya po ba na matagal talaga ang reply ng immigration after submitting the eoi for critical purpose visit visa.. still waiting po para sa ITA, from what I read max 2 weeks for resident visas.. pero po kasi halos lahat ng natanung ko for CPVV nakareceive na sila agad ng ITA within a day or 3 days of submitting the EOI.. thank you

Ang concern ko mlpit na ma expire yung CPVV ko.pwde po ba magkrun ng extension yung cpvv visa ko pagdi ako mklipad sa tamang at required months to NZ.

Hi Mercy! Usually, and red flag sa kanila ýung health conditions that would make you a burden to New Zealand. Only a medical assessor can give a final evaluation about that. Although meron tayong mga kabayan na may scoliosis tapos nabigyan naman DAW DATI ng work visa...

I just want to ask what’s your opinion on what’s recently happening with INZ: immigration issues with residency, huge smc backlog, etc. Do you think it’s harder to immigrate to nz? Hi Percival! Firstly, maraming salamat for watching my videos and following my life here in New Zealand. To your question if it's harder to immigrate to New Zealand? Yes, it has become more challenging talaga. It seems you've been following the news here so you will be up to date on the current situation - split families, absurd visa processing times for SMC applicants, etc. I'm fortunate that I didn't go through this but there are many migrants suffering in limbo right now because of the current situation. Iba't ibang situation, iba't ibang stories. Policies are being constantly changed. In theory, that's the job of any country's Immigration Department - protect the interests of their own people, unfortunately, sometimes at the expense of migrants. They can always argue na hindi naman sila obligated to create pathways for residence. In fact, a lot of countries don't have pathways for residence nga eh. Migrating to New Zealand is challenging right now, yes. But is it a challenge that's worth risking? Only you can answer that. So equip yourself with research, knowledge about sa papasukin mo, weigh all the pros and cons, alamin ang visa options, do your due diligence, explore other options in case hindi mag-work out, grab any chance you have, and pray for enlightenment.

Waiting po ako ng working visa ko ang malungkot lang po ay biglang nagkaproblema employer namin ang sabi po ay hindi na kami ma hire sa company nila kasi daw po nagkaproblema sila sa fund. Ang tanong ko po ay lalabas pa din po ba ang visa ko if ever po mabigyan kami ng termination of contract o hindi po? Kasi po hindi po kami sinasagot ng employer namin sa mga tanong namin. At isa pa po tanong kung sakali po lumabas yung visa ko pwede po ba sya iapply ng variation visa kasi po may lilipatan daw na bagong company sabi ng tito ko. Salamat po.
