For Valentine’s Day today I decided to make my family breakfast. I made baigan choka, with baigan purchased from a local market, shrimps Choka, SADA Roti, and for dessert, I decided to make custard. I hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable Valentine’s Day!

I have seen a Guyanese neighbor made shrimp choka from the heads, she steamed, and grind on the sill. Today I learnt that you can use the shrimp meat to make choka. Everything looked delicious. Happy valentine. Stay safe.
