Today was the day I needed to teach Carter how to backflip on grass! Carter has improved a ton since we started training flips and he’s not slowing down! As for me I’m gonna help him and anyone along the way to learn as best as possible! Hope y’all enjoy this video, and many more to come!!

Front flip first, just throw your arms with your legs and on tramp first. Get a lot of height.thats how I learned.
