Learn how to make Baingan ka Raita, It is a dip made out of yogurt and eggplant. It goes well with rice, vegetable, dal and roti or chapati.
Ingredients;
1 big eggplant roasted
2 cups plain yogurt
5 to 7 dried button red chilies (grind them with little bit of water and make the puree)
1 ½ tablespoons cooking oil
1/2 tablespoon chopped green coriander leaves
2 to 3 chopped green chilies
2 cloves of garlic chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt or as your taste
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/4 teaspoon black salt
1/4 teaspoon ground dried mint leaves
