It’s heartbreaking, Rizwanaji was such a great cook.

Please ask Rizwana madam to take apricot seeds 5 morning 5 1/2 hour before lunch 5 evening 5 before dinner. Eat breakfast 7am lunch 1 pm dinner 7 pm eat next morning. Listen to surah rahman qari basit 3 times a day. Drink turmeric milk at 7.00 No sugar no white flour use red flour chakki ka pure atta, no fried items, no chanay ki daal. Moringa leaves powder 1 teaspoon before breakfast 1/2 hour Choti har powder half teaspoon 1/2 hour after lunch Drink green tea with cinnamon stick and lemon squeeze evening. May Allah cure you ameen

Plz dont use silicon spatula, you'll notice there is foam (jhaag) in your food, its silicon foam, dont use it. As you can see on 7:23 its becoming foam
