I would try a muffin tin to hopefully keep the shape a little better. I’m not sure how they would turn out on a cookie sheet

When blooming is it equal parts water and powder? Can I do this for any recipe that calls for cocoa powder.

I wouldn’t recommend it with any recipe because it really depends on the specific recipe. But it works great here and I also do this in my zebra cake ☺️

Vegetable shortening would work, I think butter could as well but haven’t tried it
