My husband has been in treatment for cancer for two and half years. He has no stomach and eating has become a chore...he sometimes can’t taste things very well. I made this tonight, and he loved it. Three fish I love, miss and yearn for are Salmon, Sole and Halibut, and the occasional Tuna sandwich. Due to the controversy within the Fishing industries around the world of trawling/scraping the bottom of the ocean floor; kidnapping and Human trafficking (Ie: Thailand Fishing Industry) slaughter of Dolphins, Shark and Whales.....my fish eating has become Very limited! I buy Local as much as possible , of all other foods I eat. You have beautiful, very delicious , healthy looking recipes in your videos. 😊 Love watching your very healthy way of eating !

I like a cup or bowl of pinto bean soup with my halibut. Baked or mashed potato with sour cream is good too, or baked yam or sweet potato with butter. Pickled asparagus is a great choice for something green. I eat it out of the jar, as it tastes even better than cooked. The texture is more crunchy.
