I remember watching this game like it was yesterday. Joe Mixon went absolutely insane. Still one of the smoothest one handed grabs from a back I’ve ever seen. He just transitioned from one handed catch to turning it up field instantly.

I was at this game. It was by far the greatest stadium atmosphere I have ever been in and one of the best games I have ever attended. The loss still stings though.

I remember watching this game live In my hometown Lubbock. Baker went to Tech before Pat was there, so I was rooting for both of them but ultimately wanted my man Pat to win since I am a Tech Fan. I love exciting, high scoring games, so this was one of the best games I’ve ever been to.

I remember this game so well. As a Sooner fan, I was thoroughly exhausted afterward and it didn’t even feel like a win.

This was the game that got Kliff Kingsbury an NFL HC job. He was the current coach of Mahomes and was also responsible for discovering Mayfield as a walk on before he transferred. And to add onto that Mahomes set the record for most passing yards in a game passing up Kliff himself for that record. Mike Leach influence is really strong among QBs
