He was sentenced to time served, which means some charge remained, what the charge maybe is unknown, however with a criminal convictions remaining it is extremely unlikely civil compensation will be collected.

He need to call Attorney Ben Crump Law Office to file for a Wrongful Conviction Lawsuit he will be paid For his time served in Prison. He need money to help himself and family for all time he loss to support his family and himself I wish he reconsider of filing a suit. This is a Civil Rights violation under federal law.
