Try other ghee but if hes used dalda u can stick to that... Ifact lot of restaurant use Dalda top up in Biryani for extra taste

500 gms maida, 250 gm paani se 500 gm ka dough bana ??? Ye to 750 gm ka dough hona chahiye aur usme kitna margarine dalna hai ye batayein. Margarine, dalda is bad for health, only butter should be used for puff pastry
