600gm maida/ refined flour
1tsp dry active yeast
2tbsp sugar
1cup+3/4cup lukewarm water
2.5tbsp refined oil
1/4tsp oil+1/2tsp water

thanks mam i took lesser quantity but used good Yeast and took some tips from you - Angel instant dry yeast i used and usually people dry instant yeast doesnt need activation but i still did it , i m yet to bake but my biggest struggle was that dough never raised and it raised today

मैने मैदा और गेहूँ के आटे से दोनो तरह की ब्रेड बनाई हैं पर दोनो बार ब्रेड उपर से बैठ जाती हैं ऊपर से फूलती नहीं है। मैने कल ही गेहूँ के आटे की ब्रेड बनाई अच्छी बनी है पर ऊपर से फूली नहीं है। लादी पांव मेरे बहुत अच्छे बनते हैं। पर ब्रेड नहीं। सही से हो कृपया हल बताये। धन्यवाद
