For Brownie layer-
1 ½ cup (262g) chopped dark chocolate
1 cup (170g) butter
1 ½ cup (300g) caster sugar
1 cup (120g) flour
1 ½ teaspoon (7g) baking powder
35g cocoa powder
1 ½ cup (425g) greek yogurt
For Mousse layer-
2 cups (350g) chopped dark chocolate
½ cup (230g) whipping cream
1 cup whipped cream

Hey Shivesh, Honestly your recipes have made me a confident baker and more importantly it has improved my relationship with my daughter. My daughter never liked my cakes earlier and she always called other mothers a better mommy because they could bake yummy cakes and I couldnt. Infact, your cakes presentations are also easy and classy. I tried my hands on other ppl's recipe and my daughter called that cake poor people's cake 😔Ever since I have started using your recipes, it has changed my life completely. Now my daughter doesn't like cakes from outside and says that my cakes are the best. She now looks forward to baking with me and enjoys it too. This one is perfect, brownie in itself is sinful but I always feel it needs a second layer of something airy or crumbly to make it delectable. And that's what the mixer will help me find out , the combinations that need to be tried and tasted. They look yummy and will make them for new year. It has been on my wish list to own a stand mixer. I would bake more cakes, cookies, brownies and make them look more beautiful by adding icing and frosting and having a stand mixer would make it a lot easier and faster. Honestly, I was stuck with your recipes and trust me, you're my inspiration when it's comes to baking. My favourite is devil's chocolate cake. I made this for my daughter birthday and it was superr dooper hit. Brownie and that too with mousse!!!!wow, it'll be as heavy as death by chocolate 😋 I'm always greatful to such KZfaqrs who are like preachers. Ive learnt to bake thanks to such knowledgeable videos. Before following yr recepies,ive made millions of cakes,following youtube,some of them failed miserably 😂 but your measurements r always so accurate. Ive noticed in all yr videos u use just how much necessary n nothing more nor less,so even though its very low budget, the end results are very very high quality😊 i thank you from the bottom of my heart💜✌

I started baking 3-4 years back and since then I am trying to bake a perfect cake and could only do that after following your recipes with precision. Thanks a lot for improving my baking. Now I am the chef of my family. Mere birthday par bhi I only make the cake 😁. But while baking I create a lot of mess in the kitchen with all the utensils and get tired because of it so I wish I could have the stand mixer so that I can put everything in and get the cake ready in no time. Without the mixer, the whipping part gets very difficult and the cake is nothing without its decoration . I hope I could get the stand mixer 😄

I AM A CHOCOLATE LOVER. And your previous brownie recipe is my go to dish I make. I also make the Nutella mug cake recipe pretty much every week. Your recipes are such wonderful and easy to work with. As a chocolate lover I've never made the Devil's chocolate cake or any other chocolate cake recipe because, for the icing I need a stand mixer. Stand mixers are a must when it comes to baking which I don't have and this stand mixer will also help my mom make her atta dough with the other attachment. This would be really useful for me and my family.

Recipe looks heavenly and being eggless is a biggest plus point...if in case I win this stand mixer I will make a huge batch of chocolate chip cookies as my kids love them...with hand mixer you become restrictive regarding batch size but with stand mixer batch size is not an issue so make in bulk ,freeze ,thaw and use to bake freshly baked cookies everytime....

I am already drooling just looking at the thumbnail😋. The recipe is super quick to make yet delicious. Having a family of 15 members with half of them being kids, I have to keep making recipes in batches because of the non -availability of a bigger mixer. I could make cookie mixture ,whip cream easily ,make my fav recipie of yours i.e chocolate ganache frosting, make cake and brownie batters all at once instead of batches to satisfy my little sibling's cravings and make them happy with sweet little treats if I could have this stand mixer!

If I get the stand mixer I will definitely made my swiss maringue buttercream with it because the process requires lot of mixing and the egg maringue needs to be stiff peak . I do it with hand mixer but stand mixer would just make it easy .

I am an aspiring baker, so stand mixer is one of the main equipments in my check list. If I get one, I will use this for making artisan breads and panettone. I will also try to churn ice cream in the mixer for a smoother mouth feel. I will also make cookie dough (like you), pizza dough and whip egg whites and cream in it. Wow! I love mousse, it's like the best comfort food for me and it's been absolute dream to win a stand mixer ever since I watched baking shows. I would use it for making brownies, cakes and buttercream, cookies and crossaints. You are a great inspiration to keep me baking even if i fail a cake. Keep going 😊. Firstly this recipe is amazing. Secondly I love baking. It really gives me a sense of peace after work. Alot of recipes I've to skip because I don't have a stand mixer. Couldn't get one either. So if I win this I'd love to bake cheesecake, breads, frostings and obviously this brownie recipe. Loads of love❣

First of all a recipie that the recipe is eggless is just amazing . Secondly brownies and mousse are the best of both worlds and putting them together is heavenly If I won the standmixer I would make these fudgy and decadent brownies or mounies (mousse+brownies) for my family and friends to enjoy
