for cake:
flour (maida) 1/2cup
cocoa powder 3 tbsp
baking powder 1/2 tsp
baking soda 1/8 tsp
sugar 1/4 cup
vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
cooking oil 4 tbsp
milk 1/2 cup
lemon juice 1/2 tsp
For cream part :
Chilled whipping cream 1 cup (250 ml)
whipping cream 1/4 cup (60 ml)
Chopped dark chocolate 200grams
for Chocolate Ganache :
whipping/fresh cream 1/2 cup (125 ml)
Chopped dark chocolate 200 grams
