Hello and welcome to BakieGaming.
In this Bakies The Sims 4 Custom Content Series, I will show you everything I made for the Sims 4.
I will show you where to find it in game and give some tips and tricks on how to use them.
- Animated - Placeable Birds - Wild Duck (+ Ducklings) -
These three wild duck effect objects are perfect to be used in even the smallest ponds.
Both custom made as in-game pond objects.

I love this! I will definitely have to add these to my game. I want to have duckies! I miss having ducks in real life. They were cute and liked to be petted.

I've never had ducks in real life, but I work at a birds shelter where now an incredible amount of little ducks come in that lost their mother. And they're so cute! They need to stay wild though as they will be released back when they're big enough. :)

@@bakiegaming That is very cool that you work at an bird shelter. I used to work at a zoo and at one time the farm I'm on had a ton of animals. Ducks, geese, chickens, guinea hens, quail, pigeons, turkeys, goats, pigs, horses, cows, gerbils, hamsters, rabbits, cats, & dogs. I would get too attached to animals if I worked at a shelter. I know it must be tough to let them go and not know what will happen to them, but they do need to be freed. I hate when birds are kept in cages.

Sounds like a cool place to work too, both of them. ;) I also worked at a bird-zoo kind of thing as a volunteer for like 3 years. As for the birds in cages, I do have an aviary at home too, but they got enough place to fly around. :)

Thanks DiceyGurl! You should download the Water Reed + Pond Animals (or if you don't have the Get Famous Pack) the Water Reed + Dragonflies effect too! As it also matches really well in these kind of scenes. ;)

Ugh, these water ones don't seem to be working at moment :(

They do work for me, I've recently updated these to work on pond water too. I have no idea why some mods don't seem to work for a few people. Have you already tried taking all mods out except for the ones that don't work for you? And be sure that laptop mode is disabled if you enabled it or your graphical settings are set to at least medium, but best on high of course. ;)

@@leonia_tavira That's also one of the remaining mods that still needs an update. Before, it could be found in the swimming pool section, but as those categories have now been changed, the mod isn't visible anymore. When it's updated it can be found in the pond vfx section.
