Eid Special Beef Namkeen Gosht Written Recipe with Directions
Ingredients:
- Beef with fat medium size pieces 1½ Kg
-Onion (Piyaz) medium size ½
-Garlic (lehsan) cloves 4-5
-Salt (namak) ½ tbs or to taste
-Water (pani) 1 glass or required
-Chat masala
-Lemon (nimbu)
-Green chilli (hari mirch)
Directions:
-In karahi, add beef with fat, onion, garlic cloves, salt, and water and bring it to a boil.
-Mix well, cover, and cook it on medium to low flame for 75 minutes. After a while, keep changing the side and stir the spoon.
-Cook meat on high flame until water dries.
-Dish out the namkeen gosht and sprinkle chat masala on it. Add lemon juice and garnish with green chillies.
-Serve and enjoy!
Tips and Tricks:
-Use iron karahi for best results.
-Can use both beef fat (charbi) or beef suet (rivaj).
-Save the leftover oil and use it in making kababs to make them juicy.
