ArenaNet has blessed us with a preview of the June 2024 Balance Patch notes for ‪@guildwars2‬. While I do like these, I often find them a bit long, and I only care about the PvE parts, so here's a condensed overview for people like me.
They're reducing utility skill cooldowns accross the board, adding quality of life improvement for certain ground targeted skills, thief venoms get major improvements, and the Ranger's Juvenile Aether Hunter gets a rework.
Overall, I'm pretty pleased with these. Although, they've missed the mark on some, such as the Engineer's Toolkit, which no one ever uses in PvE. But that's a minor gripe.

Yep! The supply crate and elixir s look great for some of my builds. Overall, good open world update. Instanced content, maybe not so, but that's fine.

Agree, this one is a lot quieter than his usual stuff. Some setting got flipped somewhere!

They haven't nerfed the condi aspects of it, so yes.

necro and virtuoso buffs are unwarranted lol. if anything, harb shld be nerfed in wvw and condi virtuoso nerfed in pve

I definitely agree. This patch it feels like they're focusing more on un(der)used abilities, and trying to pull specs to the "new" mean. It's insane to see that 40k+ is the new normal.

@@phandrel Yes but that not a problem if unlike ESO, Gw2 don't focus on those benchmark to make content. The higher the bench, the easier it will be to made simple and viable build fr people who just want to do content but can't or don;t want play piano

@@orack6355 That's a fair point. Although, I'd say that the final few additions (Kanaxai in Gyala Delves, Silent Surf, Dagda, Cerus CM, Eparch in the new fractal) their HP seem to take this new high into account.
