I love gabby and her videos but i feel like she needs to think of what shes going to say in the video before she films it because shes kind of really awkward and runs out of things to say, i think of she rehearsed what she was going to say it would help

Please do a video on how to improve your jumps! My jumps are not bad but not the best, jumps is the only thing that I struggle so much at when I'm at cheer, would mean so much! Love you Gabi!💖

What you should do is put MOST of your weight on your heel and try to communicate as well. And if you feel like your about to fall back put a little weight on your toes to be balanced :)

I'm a flyer and what can u do if u get scared in the air this never happend to me but my friend is scared is their any tips

Keep your eyes up, stay tight, deep breaths, DO NOT HOLD YOUR BREATH OR BREATHE TOO FAST ( my flyer does that constantly) stay focused, squeeze your muscles, make sure your sneakers are tied tight enough so they can support and stabilize your foot and ankle as much as possible, communicate with your bases/backspot, don't drop your chest or drop your shoulders, keep your legs locked, don't make spastic or sudden movements, it can throw off your balance, bases may not have time to react, and you could fall. If your that worried about it, have your coach watch, a grip or something may need to be adjusted, or you may need to have a front spot until your more comfortable. Good luck be safe

Can u guys help me my team just started stunting and I don't know if I'm going to be a flyer or base I'm the smallest on the team and I only weight 110 pounds and I have to no idea if in going to be a base or a flyer

Johanna Lizama it depends on your height, if you're on the shorter side you're probably going to be a flyer. The fact that you're the smallest on your team means you're probably going to be a flyer

Emily K on a lot of the teams I've heard of, size matters becuase of the fact that you're being put up in the air. Flexibilty comes with time.

I don't think so but if they are I would die. I've been shipping them since day 1. I think it's because she's been doing a lot of tutorials and he's been one of her bases for a long time and they're really good friends.
