Really struggle daily , I’ve been OCD about my hair all my life and when I started losing it , it caused depression and anxiety , it was something I couldn’t control , the finestaride probably didn’t help my depression and the minoxidil didn’t work , I am half Asian and half white and my skin tone is not the greatest, I’ve always wanted to buzz it but I have a tiny head , the voice always stops me , I’m on anti depressants now , I constantly worry and think about the situation , once I buzz the sides I’m fine for a few days but the situation / thoughts always come back , I’m in a dark place

I started balding at the ripe age of 17 years old, I was completely bald like an old man by my 21st birthday, I never had any choice but to start shaving my head senior year of high school and haven’t looked back ever since. I don’t even remember what it’s like having hair at this point, I just tell myself Atleast I got it out of the way and didn’t have to deal with it in my 40s like most people. Can’t even grow a good beard either, AND I have a weird shaped head. I was Definitely dealt the short stick of the gene pool but it never really bothered me much, life goes on. Thanks for this video nice to see other people have dealt with some of the same as me.

I started losing my hair at 21... rocked the “faux hawk” up until last year. I paid so much money getting a haircuts to try and save it and look “presentable “ Then came the comb over and it could not be saved. I finally mustered up the courage last night after watching so many of the stories posted on KZfaq and at 28 I finally took it all off.. thank you for reminding me that I was not alone and that it’s not the end of the world.

I'm close to shaving my head as well. My grandpa went bald at my age as well, 27 years old, he said it was the true signs of wisdom, he also says "God has made a few perfect heads, the rest, he just covered with hair" I guess I won't look bad going bald, I'll get used to it I guess. I love to hear and see that many of you are going through the same struggle.

I've been watching these videos the past few days trying to give myself the confidence to take the leap, and a few minutes ago I finally did. I had 38 pretty good years of hair and quite a bit left still, but the front was thinning in a way I'd obsess, and I'd obsess over the future. If I can't get used to it a transplant in the future is always an option, but I want to get used to it to be honest. Loving myself again going into 2022 is a must for me and I'm definitely feeling lighter going into this next phase. I appreciate all your videos intended for us balding men to accept our fate and just be confident with what we have. We aren't our hair, something I had to keep reminding myself.

I've been losing my hair since early 20's, it never bothered me until recently, now just turned 60, asked my grey, balding hair is making me look old, I hate going to the barbers and leave it until my thin wispy hair makes me look like a mad professor, I'm building up to taking it all off my self, I'm almost there, watching your videos has been a great help, thanks for building my confidence up to do it.

I’m currently experiencing the receding hairline, but I’m still at around a Norwood 2. It’s crazy because my father had a perfect hairline at 55, so I always assumed it would be the same for me as well. I plan on making a video after college, so hopefully you’ll have me on so I can share my perspective and knowledge on getting over hair loss.

I don't know if I will ever go bald. My dad still has hair and he's in his late 50's, but that's not the point. I feel comfortable here, all the stress from worrying when or if I will be going bald has completely disappeared since I found this channel. I may, or may never go bald. But in the end I know I have all of you, whether your're bald or not, you are still a beautiful person regardless of looks or hair count. And that's why I love this channel, you're still you no matter what. And helping people understand that they still have a life outside of their hair is something beautiful in of itself. I finally bit the bullet and did the same thing last month after struggling for years about my hairline. Took a close razor to my head after buzzing it down and no lie, it feels liberating! I think for a lot of us, we're worried about how we look with no hair and people talking shit about it. Your shaven look suits you. I just had my hair shaved, at 62. It’s still hard to adjust after so many decades of a relatively good hairline. Fortunately, I’m trim. So, I would tell any bloke, if you shave your head, never allow yourself to get fat. It’s not a good combo.

Exactly what I did the other night. I noticed how pissed I was and how I felt my confidence lacking because I have a receding hairline along with going thin on top. So out of the blue I was like screw it I'm going to shave it all off. Around 11 PM I did so and was like damn. The next day I really was feeling myself and felt alot cleaner and handsome looking.

Nice vid brothers ... I shave my head everyday because my hair grows fast but I love my bald head and ladies love it too . So to all the men that’s scared to take that step, give a try and liberate your self from a lifetime of trying to cover up spots , hair linings and hair cuts ... it low maintenance and it looks good. I've been shaving my head using WHAUL clippers - zero, no guard - for a while now. It's definitely been a confidence builder and feel so much better us going thin on top. Myself, personally noticed what I like to call my crop circle was getting bigger, and bigger... Now its all good

Same here, but today, I used the Phillips one blade for the first time and seriously, I can’t believe it. I never wanted to use a razor so always assumed this was the closest I could get. Clippers at zero are good, but the one blade is a game changer. Next level.

40 and have been losing my hair since my early 30s. It’s getting so thin on top and receding in the front I think I’m just gonna go for it. My crown is pretty much completely bald at this point anyway. I have always been self conscious about what I would look like bald but I just got it cut super short and think it will good fine gone complete lucky.

I appreciated the interview. Specifically question around how he felt at different parts of the process and how people reacted/responded to shaving his head bald. Additionally, I had the same experience with hims. It’s just not worth the side effects. The itching in the middle of the night was the worst!

Being bald is cool man. I shaved my head once in high school during the summer. I liked it. But if you are that concern of hairloss then try this : Weekly castor oil treatment can hold a receiding hairline for some extra years. Mix it with coconut oil and argan oil. Doing sport, dieting and yoga helps a huge deal.

I feel so grateful. I'm 35 with tons of hair. My hairline is 2 1/2 inches from eyebrow to hairline. I have a super thick ponytail as thick as a 50cent coin. I always had a shaved head from 17-30. And I have a good shaped head. Got tired of the buzz cut then decided to grow it. I know mostly everyman goes bald that's why I grew my hair long to embrace it as long as I can. I'm not bragging I'm just saying I'm grateful and know it must suck ass to lose your hair. Like you once i see the slightest balding I'm shaving it off.
