Hey everyone! As my birthday approaches I've been obsessed over this insane pair of Balenciaga Trooper Boots. They look out of this world and I'm super challenged to figure out how to incorporate them into my style. I think they are so futuristic and out of this world!
I then came across the Rhino Derbies and I'm obsessed with them.. Which one do you love more? Both are high risk styling purchases LOL.

I live in California, and that trooper boot is ridiculous, it’s basically a square toed rain boot.

It is probably not helpful, but I would say buy both! If you need to decide on one or the other, I would go for the ones that make your heart sing most. That sounds like Shoes Number One! Thank you for the video! Have an amazing week!

Widely varies! Normally directly from the designers store online, rarely department stores but sometimes!

Hi Alex! I would say get the rhinos! They will last longer! The trooper boots scratch really easily! I have them and wore them once and they’re all scratched up! But honestly you could rock any of them! 💙

@@MonsiieurAlex yes the troopers scuff and scratch really easily but if you don’t mind the scuff look then it should be fine! The distressed look is on brand with Balenciaga anyways 🤣. They also have a leather version of the trooper if you really like that shape!

Honest Opinion: I'm not a fan of the Trooper boot. Galluck's has it and it looks too costume-y in a Disney kind of way. Who's that Warner Bros. character that chases Bugs Bunny? That's what the Trooper Boot reminds me of. Oh... you mentioned Gallucks, so you've seen his boots. I'm typing as I watch your video. The Rhino Derby looks like a dress shoe version of the Trooper boot. If you get the Trooper Boot, get it at Nordstrom. That way you have time should you decide to return it. I like your style; just not a fan of both shoes - too trendy. Have you seen boots by Marsell or why not consider the Lug Boot by Bottega Veneta for a more classic look. I have the Marsell version of Bottega's Lug Boot and I love them, but then again, I love military/combat type boots. Anyway, good luck with your decision.

Thank you for the honest opinion! I do have the same hesitancy and vibe as well about them having very limited strict use >.< can never go wrong with a Bottega boot! Also on radar 😃

@@MonsiieurAlex If you decide on the Bottega Lug Boot, consider the one by Marsell. I got mine at Nordstrom. I'd link you, but YT considers links as spam. Anyway, the reason I went with Marsell is because it's not as high as BV's lug boot and it offers a size zipper for easy on and off, whereas BV is more or less a chelsea boot and reviews claim it's difficult to slip on.
