Thank you for the video. I can't believe how little you get for your money in Sanur now, and I would find those villas very claustrophobic and closed in. I'm looking up North instead as you get far more outdoor space with a garden and trees for the same amount of money.

Balinese villa design seems universally enclosed, very much looking inwards, never a window looking out - don't think I could live in a place with no view out onto the street, always just looking at four concrete walls....

Thanks for showing the villa. It looks very nice 👍. Do you know if the owners are going to furnish it? My only issue with it and lots of other villas I have seen is that not many have wardrobes or any storage in the bedrooms

Built 9 houses in Bali..OMG wouldnt pay that for leasehold 😂. I live up Nth now, you wouldn't believe how cheap and so much more peaceful it is up here.Left Canggu in 2012..will never go back there again.

...and even better 35+ years ago. The rot set in during the late 80s when a lot the old Kuta was razed, streets widened and the modern facade that has taken over now began to take shape. Staying on the Bukit (before it was totally f***ed over by Tommy Suharto's vandalism), I would transit the Jimbaran (which stayed nice for a while after the demise of Kuta) Kuta-Legian-Badung urban morass as fast as the bemo would carry me, and head over to Tabanan, near Canggu (yeah, lol, hasn't that turned into a greying shadow of what it was...), the road to pantai Yeh Gangga gitu loh. Banyak banyar yg sepi, kita bisa tenang...bkn main indahnya emang...sighhhh. Om Santi Santi Santi Om 😉

Fairly expensive. Would be good if the pool was bigger plus if there was no grass around the pool area that would've been good.

What would a large new ,orchard villa.. 2 bedroom over looking mountains .5 minute walk too beach . Mango orchard large flower gardens marine park in front National park just down the road. Be worth ????
