Bam Bam and Grampa's Jeep on Logandale, Nevada's Rock Bottom Trail

Jeff Petrowich and Stan Fuller drive their vintage flatfender Willys Jeeps on the 8 rated trail Rock Bottom in the Logandale Nevada trail complex during the Hump and Bump offroad event put on by the Vegas Valley 4 Wheelers.
Thanks to Sean and Jim of the Vegas Valley 4 Wheelers for helping us through this trail and thanks to Jeff and Greg Petrowich for providing vidoes.

Thanks for bringing us along Stan! I'm always amazed at what the Flat Fender Gang are able to do. I'l go so far as to say they look like they are more fun than the bigger "built" rigs on the passable trails. Or rather they have to find harder trails or more difficult lines to offer the same challenge, excitement, and fun as you guys can enjoy in more places on the same trail. Though i suppose that is a very subjective thing to think. 👍🇨🇦

Thanks for checking in. I am thankful that, for the most part, folks in the bigger, built rigs seem to enjoy having us along. One thing that I am pretty sure of is that I am having more fun per dollar spent.😂

You guys never disappoint ! Both of you have totally re-kindled my interest in stock tire / stock appearing wheeling on hard trails, something I took a lot of pride in back in the 1990's. I need to check this area out next year !!

Yes, that really shows in these really well presented videos. No cheesy music, just well done and interesting. Really cool to see how you guys have developed your skills / rigs over the last decade. You both really set the standard for what crazy obstacles can be traversed with such small rigs, and also how videos about wheeling really should be like. Keep up the great job !@@Grampas-jeep

watching these old jeeps its easy to see why they captivated the public so much. i recently got my first Jeep, a TJ, but dang i feel like i got the wrong one lol. if i ever find a good deal on an old beat up flat fender rig im going to snatch it up and come out with you guys. the modern high dollar rock crawler stuff is impressive sure but it doesnt hold my interest like these videos, i bet i have watched 4 or 5 hours of you guys bouncing around in these old rigs and loving every minute of it. seems like you all are great bunch of people to go riding with. any plans of getting out to the Ozarks sometime?

I mean no disrespect yeah it’s easier to judge on the keyboard. I really feel like the spotting was poor for the flat fenders. Meaning they pull a different line and there is definitely times when the back of the flat fenders tires were not lined up correctly oftentimes. I do this in a rzr my offset 32” wheel and tire brings me 69” width so being independent narrower than the average jeep it’s very critical I uncomfortably guide the front end so that the rear axle is lined up not having rear steer or that 75”+ width. You get comfortable 3 wheeling often and put stick out slides so I can pivot on them. Love watching this stuff thank you You can see bam bam was frustrated with the spotting. But none the less a treat to watch and nice friendly people you are wheeling with thank you

Love what you guys bring us, but no way I'll be doing anything like that with my 3b. I'm more into mountain trails and that's scary enough for this old bloke.

Stan you should put a doubler or what ever Jeff has in Bam Bam so you can crawl without have to put the hammer down.

I am rebuilding my 18 and trying to justify the 900 bucks with freight for the low . I watch Grandpa go just about any weir you won't with out the them. Send me Jeffs contact # as I would like to see all the goodies he makes and just watching a cutting brake how dose that work with a locker WOW. Paul
