Your candle is old school. We called them smudge pots when I was a kid. The road crew filled them with K1 and put out at night to warn drivers around road hazards. Very smart idea with the citronella

the difference between red and white meat is that white meat is used for quick and short term movements. like a chicken got white meat in its breast to be able to fly which is fast movements. red meat is used in places of the body where the muscles have to work a lot over a long period of time without having to make quick movements. that's why chickens have red meat in their legs to walk and stand still. red meat also contain mitochondria produces energy for the muscles to work and white meat does not have mitochondria in them. humans have white and red muscles fibers mixed together. try to move your arm quickly up and down until you feel a bit tired. when you feel tired slow down the movement and move your arm slowly up and down, when you do that you won't feel tired moving your arm and that's because two different types of muscle fibres are working in different ways.

I love the outdoors and traveling and it's a life goal of mine to catch some ocean fish! Those are pretty big, only one bigger I've seen was in Puerto Vallarta, MX, back in the early 90s. It was in a stand of chicle and fruit trees, way up high, a big orange one. But they are native there, unlike in Florida. We saw some nice ones in PR at Margaritaville a few years back, too.
