Ingredients:
Banana - 5
All purpose flour/Maida - 1 & 1/2 cup
Brown sugar - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Melted butter - 1/3 cup
Egg - 2
Milk - 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1 tsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Method:
1. Grease the mould with butter.
2. Place butter paper.
3. Finely smash the bananas.
4. Once the banana is smashed add brown sugar, sugar, melted butter, egg and mix well.
5. Blend well with a hand blender or beater.
6. Now add milk and vanilla essence.
7. Mix well.
8. Place a strainer and add all purpose flour/maida, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon powder.
9. Fold gently and whisk well as shown.
10. Now pour into the mould.
11. Tap 2-3 times to set the batter.
12. Bake in a preheated microwave at 180° C for 35-40 minutes.
13. Take out of the mould & remove the butter paper.
14. Cut into desired slices.
Ready to eat!!!
