Saging Con Yelo is a simple dessert or cooler that I like to have during summertime. It is simply a “minatamis na saging” topped with shaved ice and milk. So easy to make... try this!
Ingredients:
3 cups sliced over riped bananas (saba)
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp fine salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
370ml evaporated milk
370ml water
1/2 cup sugar
