30g butter
Fry for 10 minutes at low heat
250 ml milk
40 g corn starch
Cook over medium heat until thickened
cooling down
250 ml cream
150 g condensed milk

MY coutry have muita banana, o Brasil. Don't understand porque o indivíduo fritou a banana, depois cozinhou com o amido de milho... Necessidade de inativar alguma(s) enzima(s) em particular? Minha mousse bananeica de 5 minutos poderia ser assim: 1- Mixer as bananas; 2 - A parte mistura creme de leite com leite condensado e gelatina em pó sem sabor derretida; 3 - Taca the bananas lá dentro e mexe bem, Coloca nos potinhos gelar e comerr... A minha então é em 1/2 minute.😂😂😂
