300g Pecan nuts
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon powder
4 free range eggs or any eggs of your choice
1-2 ripe banana
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp maple syrup
Baked for 40-45 minutes 180 degrees celsius or gas mark 5
