Banana Sponge Cake | Many people have made this recipe. And they really liked it.
- Before cooking, the oven should be warmed up.
- Eggs at room temperature (not eggs from the fridge), fresh eggs are better because the cake uses a lot of eggs. Fresh chicken eggs should be used to reduce egg odor.
- Sunflower oil, canola, rice bran can be used, but must be warm.
- Brown sugar gives a beautiful color and reduces the sharp sweetness.

Banana sponge recipe, tray 24*24 cm
● 4 medium eggs
● White Sugar 70 g.
● 40 grams of brown sugar or cane sugar
● Vanilla flavor 1/2 tsp.
● Banana puree 170 g.
● 66 g. Sunflower Oil (warm)
● All purpose flour 130 g.
● Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
