In my opinion α is ABS/0.4343/length of sample, due to ABS = log(Io/I) but we have I = Io*exp(-α*length) so ln(Io/I)= α*length. ABS is in log not ln

For instence (Fist row value of Absorbance and absorption coefficient ), If we divide 1.33/(4*10^-6), it should be ~10^6 not as you calculated ~10^-7.

One question: if your film is 4 um, Thus the column C should be Col(b)/(4*10^-6) = Col(b)/4*1000000. But your function is Col(b)/4*0.000001
