Fingers crossed for a new album! People just don't get it when we Maidiac's say pick any Band-Maid song, they are all that good! These two songs are the perfect example!

'dice' made me buy the domination cd. all of the other songs on it are great but 'one and only' cemented it for me. one of the few songs without a kanami solo but it just grabs my heart and won't let go.

Kanami's Psycho Circus Sound like in "Screaming ", Different, and many more...both great songs!!!!! 🕊🍌🍻☕⚾

Great that you found the live of One And Only. Akane's drum tuning is spot on and her drumming is so f'n clean. The middle section is just such a freaky fusion. I'm beginning to love this album more and more. For me too many the more recent releases are too frantic to appreciate the vocal melodies and interesting arrangements.

Under rated Band-Maid songs??? - the intro to Turn Me On is my ringtone and Kanami's solo is just killer. Arcadia Girl, I Can't live Without You, Anemone, Cross, Awkward, You, to add a few....

If it wasn’t for “I’ll” appearing “One and Only” would still be my #2 favorite song.

Kanami providing some of the backing vocals gives the song an even more textured quality. I wish she would do more, maybe some day she could even do lead vocals for a song or two. That wasn't disco. It was disco adjacent, but NOT disco. She is better than disco. :)

@@FilAmConnections I never said I didn't, :) But Akane is adding groove, which most disco never had. they had the beats, but they didn't have the groove like funk did, and that is what Akane is adding.

intro of one and only is to me the most memorable one. And the song has the Band-Maid distinctive quirky groove and guitar line. It's one of the odd song that I couldn't get into the vocal melody, except for the bridge part. And yet the instrumental part is one of the bests.
