This song really shows Saiki's vocal range. She has a lot more power in her voice than most people think.

Some fans underestimate their slower songs, but I think this is where we really see their genius. They bring in elements of jazz, funk and soul, and weave it all together perfectly. This is also an amazing showcase for Misa. thank you for checking it out.

Hi guys! Band-Maid often play a selection of slower songs around mid-set before turning up the tempo for the blistering finale! "Wonderland" showcases Saiki perfectly, this is her song I feel.

The diversity of BAND-MAID will keep you on your toes. No doubt a hard rock band but their variety and variations of rock are a main attraction. Here's a power ballad like no other: DAYDREAMING. Keep up the good work. Peace. 2.05

Band-Maid is capable of about any musical gene! Gotta have a slower song or two to give the listeners a chance to recover from the heavier songs. That they can do this during a live show, then ramp it back up to heavy as fxck! Check out their Lollapalooza performance of "Dice/Hate?", it's magical!

What’s interesting for me is that the Maids sound like this is their specialty. (Whatever it is) It’s not metal or hard rock. It’s not really pop as much as funky maybe? Is it “soundtrack?” Yet, unmistakably Band Maid. I absolutely love their creativity, but more important, their courage. Successful musical artists find the formula that works and they repeat it in each song. The difference here is Band Maid’s formula is “cool music.”

Guys, I congratulate you. You are among the rare reactors of a Band Maid song to listen to the music and take the time to read and understand Miku's lyrics sung superbly by Saiki. Wonderland is a very beautiful love song that we want to hear in arenas and stadiums but unfortunately, I don't know why, they are rarely commented on. Thank you so much.

Thank you for doing a breakdown on the lyrics...Most reactors don't concern themselves with this aspect of Band Maid ! Wonderland has always invoked strong emotion , even before I knew the lyrics ! Congratulations guys ! 😁

MISA MISA MISA!!!!! this song fits into their "Mid Tempo" song catalogue in which you get such gems as "Smile" "Awkward" "Daydreaming" and "Before Yesterday"

Congrats on 200! The "forgotten ballad" but apparently only forgotten by me. A little higher tempo but holds most the same feeling. -Semi-ballad; great way of putting it. -This is off the 2019 Conqueror album, which overall went with a lighter and brighter sound than World Domination before it (Domination, Play). -Do yourself a favor and check out Hate live at lollapalooza. It's an amazing performance with direct feed audio from the show. It's the iconic performance of their tenth anniversary tour.

Beyond being a great platform for Saiki's vocals, Wonderland is a genius composition: so many interweaving lines, it's like some kind of wandering journey (through the wonderland I guess) with twists and turns. And then you get that glorious extended chorus at the very end. It's only one of a few cases where you can actually hear more going on in the Conqueror CD cut.

When Saiki sings "You just trust me, trust me, trust me" at the end of the second chorus, there's a look in her eyes that tells me maybe I shouldn't, like it could be a candy or whip situation. 😮 To The Wonderland!

One of my favorite BAND-MAID songs. SAIKI brings out her head voice to flex on her vocal range. Also love AKANE’s jazzy drumming. After you pause, please back up 5-10 seconds before resuming.

Congrats on the 200th episode! I have talked plenty of times in multiple comment sections about not really liking slower, more ballady type songs including for Band-Maid (and especially from the album this is on), but there are a couple of them that do work for me and Wonderland is actually pretty high up there on my favourite Band-Maid tracklist. I don't really know why this one works for me, but I really like it. It might be the use of Saiki's falsetto, I really like how her falsetto sounds.

Congrats on 200 and no better way to celebrate than having the BM Goddesses sing a tune. What a band they can smash you in the face with a musical shovel and ya love it or with this classy number your heart smashes on the rocks to Saiki's siren call. Cheers from Australia Po 👍🎼🥁🎤🎸🍻
