First Miku is singing her lyrics!! Second, when she put the band together, she did not play the guitar. Something I've enjoyed as a long time fan is watching/listening to Miku becoming such a good guitarist, plus her mastering the ability to sing while playing her guitar. There is a full Band Maid rock version you should react to.

This is Miku's most aggressive song where she is the singer! I also love her "Time" and "Rock in ME!" songs! MISA plays lead bass, so good!

Your pronunciation was almost perfect. Sigh ona kee dori And AI is the Japanese word for Love. And you may not know, but Miku the guitarist and singer has only been playing guitar since 2014, and she is now consider to be one of the top 50 Live rhythm guitarist. Note I said LIVE, as there are many other guitarist better than her, but few better as both a co-lead/backing vocalist, and guitarist. Some people read when I write that and get all bent out of shape for some reason ignoring the LIVE part. And the high note at the end is also done in the full on live/electric version, but she was not allowed to use her "Head" voice for that like she was for this acoustic version. When they play the full version live, when Miku hits that note that audience goes wild. I've seen it several times in fancams. I didn't get to see this live when they were in Houston, but I did see Rock In Me which is ALMOST as good. And another bit of trivia about this version of the song. Miku with the exception of help with a couple of chords she needed to transpose, rearranged the entire song from the electric version to the acoustic version herself.

Please check out the electric version of SAYONAKIDORI, also. There, Kobato sings her high notes without falsetto. Then, see how different your impression changes from this acoustic version. I might be interesting if you feel.
