This video looks at the Employment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2018/Employment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2017 which brings big changes from March, 2019 in relation to zero hours contracts, temporary/casual/precarious work and introduces banded hours contracts and serious penalties for employers in respect of "bogus self employment" contracts.
