Hey, y'all! Today's video is about the BANDHAS. I did a video recently and asked if you'd like a video about the bandhas and you said yes! Bandhas are "body locks" here are 3 main bandhas in your body, the Mula, Jalandhara, and Uddhiyana. I talk about all three in this video, what their function is, and how to find them. This is a great video if you're looking to deepen your yoga practice. You can learn the bandhas and incorporate them each time you practice. This video is very brief and gives basic knowledge of the bandhas, so hopefully it can get you up if you want to do more research on your own.
