It's sad seeing people not understand or appreciate the level of musicianship that MMB displayed. NO's arrangements are not hitting like they used to. That was proven when GAMB visited in '22. The best arrangement for NO came from the "student" director in my opinion. It was musically interesting. But MMB was musically interesting most of the battle. The days of most songs being 50% unison, 40% call/response, 10% tuba break are over. MMB and GAMB have taken summer bands to a new level. NO started to understand that last year but falling back into old habits now.

Glad MAAB is back MMB and MAAB basically mirror each other with Travis over there. MMB Even though they messed up a couple of times Have the arrangements and Technicality which separates them from N.O in this battle. After watching this again at first I gave it a tie but MMB won this battle by a solid point. Just my opinion.
