If you love seafood and a bit of heat, this Bang Bang Shrimp recipe is a must-try. Perfect for appetizers or a main dish, this recipe brings restaurant-quality shrimp right to your kitchen with a simple and easy-to-follow method.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2tbsp sriacha
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 egg
-2 cups flour
-1/2 corn starch
-1 tbsp salt
-1 tbsp pepper
-1 tbsp onion powder
- 1tbsp garlic powder
-1 tbsp of paprakia
-1 tbsp of cayenne pepper
#### For the Bang Bang Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions:
1. shrimp , then coat with season flour, cornstarch.
2. Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Fry shrimp until golden brown and crispy.
4. Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
5. Toss fried shrimp in the Bang Bang sauce until well-coated.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with plasey if desired.
