Water flowing to Bangladesh through rivers when in excess should be controlled by India. These should be diverted to deserts of Rajasthan. Recently there was huge floods in Northern India. There was a menacing floods in Pakistan in the recent past too. Whole subcontinent should unite in the management of Water.

In the lower Cambidia, too gets affected every monsoon season. The residents are offered to relocate, but they refuse. They don't mind repeating the life like this all the generations. Attachment to the familiarity is the cancer.
