I tried same recipe but it is sticking to the pan. I have used nonstick pan though. Can you share some tricks.

First heat your pan properly , Sticking is cause of your pan may not heated properly. Try to heat your pan in high flame, then slow down your flame to Low-mid heat. And must brush with oil before heating 🎉

No it's not khanzadi wala pitha. This is a Bengali pitha... patishapta. Khanzadi was telling about til pitha which is Assamese pitha and is purely made of sticky rice powder without any liquid batter and stuffing is of til means sesame seeds and gur (jaggery). I'm from Assam so I know.
