Epo has to do with the hard weight cut to 125, it had zero to do with him becoming a great striker 🤦🏻♂️

CAN anyone give me advice?? I have terrible flat feet, two feet I have a 38" vertical...but one foot I can't stand on the balls of my feet, bad balance... anything I can do, different kicks, or a different combination or drills to help with balance?? ANY input will be helpful. Thank you for these videos, I boxed golden gloves when I was young...trying to expand on it now that I'm in my 30s.
