Hi there, we are sorry for the frustration this has caused you. Please note that ear tips are consumables. Their life span is limited and depends on the usage. Below you can find some recommendation son how to make them last longer: - Avoid direct sunlight. - Avoid contact with chemicals and consumer products including, but not limited to: lotions, sunscreen, alcohol, make-up and hair spray. - Store in a location that will prevent other items from rubbing against the foam tips.
